What happens after you request

  1. Vertex reviews the clinic and its public commercial journey. We normally review requests within two working days. Nothing more is asked of you for this.
  2. We decide whether there is enough evidence and scale for a useful Proof Sprint, and say so either way.
  3. If there is, we arrange a short account review with you.
  4. Only after agreement do we request diary and advertising evidence, through a processor agreement and a secure transfer.

Like harcourtcosmetic.co.uk. We read the clinic name, sites and procedure lines from the site, so you do not have to type them.

Only if the site does not make it obvious, or the account should carry a different name.

Nothing is sent until you request the review on the third line.

Line two, the commercial shape

Roughly how much moves through the clinic each month.

Bands are enough. Exact figures come from the records, later, if we get that far.

Enquiries a month

Across every site, by phone, form and chat. A Proof Sprint needs about 300 enquiries a wave, so this is the first thing we check.

Advertising a month

Paid search and paid social together. It tells us what there is to reconcile, not whether you qualify.

Who works enquiries today

Vertex works around what is already there. This says who that is.
